Admission charges: full price Lit. 3,750, concessions Lit. 2,500 public property The museum is located in the house of Pietro Canonica (1869-1959) where the sculptor lived from 1926 to 1959. On the first flooor there are displayed furniture, objects of vertu and an interesting collection of paintings mostly 19th-century-works from Piedmont (Enrico Gamba, Giovanni Battista Quadrone, Antonio Fontanesi). On the groun floor, the sculptor's atelier, with the model of the monument to Giovani Paiseliello, executed in Taranto a little before his death. |
