Opening time: Tues. to Sat. 9-12.30 and 16-18, Sun. 10-12 • closed Mon. private property The museum, located in the former monastery of San Lodovico (now property of the Accademia Valdarnese), houses a collection of fossil leaves and fauna specimens dating back to early Pliocene and post-Pliocene (in all more than 1,600 items). Remarkable exhibits: the Etruscan Istrix, the Elephas Meridionalis and the Canis Etruscus.
