Opening time: 9.30-13 and 14.30-18 (from Oct. to May); 9-13 and 14.30-19.30 (from June to Sept.) public property Recommended by: GNS Housed in the 16th-century Palazzo della Residenza, the museum displays Della Robbias' terracottas, 14th to 16th-century frescos, paintings on wood and on canvas by Tuscan and Umbria's artists, an 11th-12th-century wooden crucifix, alongside works by Pontormo, Bassano, Signorelli and Raffaellino del Colle. Remarkable exhibits: the Resurrection and the Polyptych of Mercy by Piero della Francesca.
