Open: From Sunday to Thursday 9-13 and 15-20; Friday and Saturday 9-13 and 15-22.30 Description: The museum was opened in 1985 and documents the work of the Alinari family, it provides a fundamental reference point for the history of Italian photography in the 19C and early 20C. An impressive archive of 250,000 original plates, period cameras, daguerrotypes, rich collections of other photographers (Brogi, Anderson, etc.) The museum also provides the setting for periodical exhibitions.
