This newly built complex, first in the Teramo area, gives you the opportunity to join together sport activities in the open aor and relaxation offered by the position of the centre and the comfort of the rooms. The main building is surrounded by mini football pitches and tennis courts. Close to the reception area is a good sized terrace come solarium, a breakfast room and the guest rooms, alongside the main building is your reserved parking lot.
After having savoured our energy packed breakfast you can choose to spend your time between the sports centre and the beach, situated a few hundred meters away. Here, you will find available for your use a parasol and two deckchairs; and you can choose to either relax or partake in the various sporting activities on offer on this fine sandy beaech. For those sun lovers who don't mind to be "roasting" under it there is a splendid 18 kilometre cycle path. Here you can take in, along the still intact coast landscape, maybe through the protected areas called "Biotopi Naturali" present on the path or dipping into the maritime pines, real green lungs of this territory. And moreover you are free to join in one of our tennis or mini-football tournaments inside the centre. During the evening you can rest in your room, without worrying about the temperature outside thanks to the air conditioning, helping you to face with renovated vigour a long summer night, cycling on our bikes or strolling through the various little markets, or simply, to recharge the batteries for the following day.
