Our luscious strawberries, cherries, apricots, peaches, plums, blackberries, figs, apples, pears, quinces, pumpkin, mint and melissa, the aromas of lemon, orange and fragrance of cinnamon, all enter into our jars, safeguarding the colour of the sun as well as the virtues of the fruit and diffusing the familiar homely fragrances.
Our jams are prepared by us using artisan methods and almost exclusively the companys fruit and fruit grown locally; an important factor being that the product is, indeed, typical; with our pumpkin jam we especially wanted to honour this queen of our territory, the pumpkin, unique in taste and for its other properties.
Once opened, we recommend keeping the jars in the fridge since they have been prepared using natural procedures; our preserves may become part of delicious morning breakfasts, healthy snacks as well as part of main meals accompanied by cheeses.
