The strong point of the restaurant is its menu based on porcini mushrooms gathered in the vast forests of the traditional hunting reserve area of the Granduca of Tuscany, which become the leading players of the table nobilitating special recipes like the bruschette, the first plates (using only home made pasta) the exquisite porcini soap and many other proposals.
A close-up shot is reserved for the recipes using roc-buck and boar meat which are prepared by experienced masters.
