There are ideal ski runs for beginners, as well as for high-level competitions, slalom, giant slalom and freestyle skiing. The area is also ideal for mountain excursions and more strenuous climbs, but a main attraction is also the less demanding visit to the Montasio Plateau and its mountain meadows, amid the lowing of cows at pasture and the flavour of the renowned locally made Friulian cheese of the same name. The resort is supported by excellent hotel facilities, ski lifts and a cableway.
