Sale Marasino lies on the east bank of Lake Iseo in the Camonica Valley. There
is wonderful countryside, selected accommodation facilities and the chance to

Marasino comprises two separate municipalities: Sale, which lies on the bank of
the lake and Marasino up in the hills.
In the historical centre, there are many churches, buildings and nobles' palaces

Sbardolini palace, the Turla Tacchi house, the Zirotti house, the Dossi palace,
the Giugni palace, the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Neve (of the Snow), the
church of San Giovanni Battista (St John the Baptist), the church of S. Antonio
Abate, the parish church of San Zenone and the Italian Alpine troops museum.
The small island of Loreto, situated in the middle of Lake Iseo and which
belongs to the Sale Marasino municipality, also makes an interesting visit.
