The municipality of Zone is located in one of the most beautiful plateaux of the whole of the Sebino-Camuno comprensorio administrative area. This town offers the possibility of alternating relaxing walks around the centre with excursions to discover breathtaking panoramas such as the Corna Trentapassi, Mount Pura and of the Anguina and Angolo meadows. At Zone, there is the greatest of the Brescian mountains, Mount Guglielmo.
In addition to the beauties of nature, at Zone there are many places of worship which preserve in their interiors important works of art, for example: the Church of San Giovanni Battista, the Church of San Giorgio a Cislano, the Church of the Madonna del Disgiöl and the Church of S. Antonio Abate. Those visiting the town cannot miss a trip to the Piramidi di Erosione Regional Reserve. This is a large morainic deposit left about 150.000 years ago by the imposing glacier originating from the Camonica Valley; the Reserve is always open and offers the possibility of guided visits.
