An example is the White Winter Calvilla that produces delicately flavoured apples, as rich in vitamin C. You can buy the farm’s produce in a room that was once par of the cow shed. There are also products from the other farm belonging to the same owner, called Fustagno. Both farms are run according to the guidelines set down in the European Community Law Al-CEE 2078.
