Recipe for Taroz
150gr boiled potatoes - 150gr boiled string beans - 150gr Valtellina Casera cheese - half an onion - butter (as desired) - pepper
Fry the onion in the butter, add the potatoes and beans, season with the
pepper and break up with the spatula; while it is still hot, add the cheese
and leave it melt well, mixing all ingredients together.
Serve with slices of speck ham, salamino nostrano and pickled vegetables, possibly in a chest of Parmesan.
