When you sit down at the table, you will be able to choose from at least four starters and main courses, all prepared with fresh, authentic ingredients, that capture all the flavour and character of Sardinian cuisine.
Dishes on offer include: fresh carpaccio marinaded with lemon, refined fish ravioli, fresh-pasta lasagne served with wild-boar sugo, delicate pennette pasta with ray wings, a classic plate of spaghetti with fish eggs and clams, the unbeatable filet of tuna embellished with the flavours of the vegetable garden.
And that's not to mention the rice, which is served in myriad taste and colour combinations: from classic seafood risotto to fresh and fragrant salad with chicken, cherry tomatoes and Sardinian saffron, as well as the very special Alghero paella, with squid and peppers.
For those who prefer a quick and tasty snack at lunch, we can offer delicious one-course meals, salads and focaccias, to be enjoyed as you sit on the terrace of our bar and take in the seaside panorama.
