The recently built Sant'Elmo Residence is situated directly by the sea, in an area of small, fine, sandy beaches and rocky coves, about 5 km form Costa Rei and 50 km from Cagliari.
While enjoying a peaceful and quiet atmosphere throughout the year, the complex is only 15 km from Villasimius.
Within the residence, visitors will find a supermarket with butcher's and fishmonger's (all open from May to September), a bar, a pizza place (evening entertainment organised by the bar), a bazaar, a Cocktail Bar and different sport facilities (tennis courts, five a side football, minigolf; additional cost).
