The restaurant one of the most appreciated of the Oristano's Province. Provides a sea cuisine wih a lot of traditional local dishes:
- merca (boiled mullet in salt water preserved with a palustrine plant called tzibba);
- burrida (ray slices wih spicy tomato sauce);
- bottarga di muggine (dreid mule roes);
- smoked mullet;
- anguidda incasada (eels with Pecorino, a typical strong Sardinian cheese);
- fregola sarda with arselle (typical Sardinian noodles with mussels);
- mullets roes patè;
- oziadas (fried sea anemones).
