It is a picturesque seaside centre comprising of a small nucleus of houses belonging to the fishermen that one may say have always lived there, around which has been developed a varied number of tourist complexes, that in only a few years has made the Golfo Aranci one of the most sort after destinations to spend a holiday.
The town offers little except a beautiful walk for shopping in the major street or a tasty dinner of fish in one of the many restaurants seen here and there. Through the town and continuing to the opposite part, the road continues until it reaches the Cala Moresca, in front of which, a few hundred metres away, is the small island of Figarolo. At this point the road begins to climb up to the mountain offering a unequalled spectacular and who reaches the highest point, will find a lighthouse.
