The "terraced" tables overlooking the beach below, and also the nearby Faro di Strombolicchio are able to render moments of great charm; the reason being that the light of the many candles combines itself perfectly with that band of light which intermittently shines on and off, embracing the length of the horizon...
The chef, Stefano Oliva, for his part, has little time for enjoying the view and proposes sauted mussels, Strombolana style spaghetti with wild fennel, roulades of the typical Mediterranean swordfish a favourite of our most prized guests.
