The Ariana has been for many years private property, then for a few years housed the Sicilian Underwater Hunters' Club, but in 1958 it was converted into a Hotel. Built completely on the rock sloping steeply to the sea, it still preserves its feature of colonial villa thanks also to the charm given by the ancient forniture. It is for sure the ideal place for people who want to spend a holiday in total relax, surrounded by nature (that here is almost wild), in a friendly atmosphere.
In the restaurant it is possible to taste the Eolia specialities, such as lasagne with crushed capers, fish under salt. All this will be served by a professional and high level staff. Very rich list of wines, either red or white ones, suitable for any dish.
