Residence Il Castagno Toscana lies in the hills some 800 yards from the mediaeval village of Campiglia Marittima. A converted Tuscan farmhouse, the building, divided into apartments, has been carefully and skilfully restored, every care being taken to retain the characteristics of traditional buildings, but with an eye to modern comforts.
Each apartment has air conditioning, central heating, independent entrance, a private garden with barbecue and dining table, TV and a wall safe. The apartments are equipped with all kitchen utensils: plans and funds dishes, glasses of water, pots, frying pan, coffee and cutlery ranges, oven, refrigerator, iron, clotheshorse, basin, cloth kitchen and plastic tablecloth.
There is private parking for guests. The residence is set in an ample garden with a swimming pool and hydromassage, all this surrounded by a centuries old chestnut grove.
