The Upper Pusteria Valley, surrounded by the imposing Dolomites of Sesto,
surmounted by the Tre Cime di Lavaredo peak, and by the Dolomites of Braies, is
a real and proper paradise for winter and summer holidaymakers. At a height
ranging from 1,130 to 3,000 m, guests can choose between ski lifts, 50 km of
slopes, 150 km of cross-country runs and 5 tobogganing slopes, all served by
ski-buses. The Upper Pusteria Valley is also the headquarters of the World
Snowboarding Championships and various other sports events including the cross-
country skiing marathon. Not to mention the tradition festival of snow
sculptures. In summer, tourists may make various excursions in the 2 natural
