Our kitchen has its roots in the peasant culture when the passing of time was marked by the rhythm of nature. Plates were created with simple, genuine ingredients, fruit of hard daily labour and of the fertile earth. Ours is an austere but generous land, capable of producing quality meat, milk and other excellent products such as mushrooms, oil, wine, and that authentic king of the table, His Highness The Truffle.
The rafted ceiling and oak wood partitions contribute to the warm, friendly and discreet atmosphere of the restaurant. Here special dishes, such as "The Proposals of the Season", "Proposals from Umbria" and "The Proposal of the Day", are all served with a wide range of wines from our cellar, in a warm and special atmosphere allowing guests to taste our food slowly to better appreciate it.
