Following the Flaminia way one can get to the minor but still charming villages which are worth a visit. Another interesting town is Gualdo Tadino, famous for its production of artistic ceramics, its mineral water and its pleasant surroundings. In this area there is also the splendid Mount Cucco, with his coves, one of the most interesting sights in Umbria. Waiting to be discovered the small but charming towns set in the Appennini Mounts: Scheggia and Pescelupo, Sigillo, Costacciaro, Fossato di Vico, picturesque places characterized by magnificent landscape and enjoyable climate. On the statal road from Gualdo to Perugia, one finally gets to Valfabbrica, remarkable small village on the Chiascio river nearby.
