Halfway up a hill in the open countryside, a traditional Umbrian farmhouse has been transformed into a charming Country House. Its convenient geographical position means that art and culture destinations, Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Todi and Gubbio can all be reached by car in 45 minutes or less, Florence and Rome are under 2 hours away.
The rooms, all have bathrooms and TV, each individually restored with its own colour scheme, offer beautiful views. Some look out onto Lake Trasimeno, others over the green woods that flank part of the property.
Our kitchen offers you the best traditional Umbrian dishes using natural products. In addition to the olive grove, orchard and vineyard, guests can walk in the surrounding woods and pick whatever the season offers. Situated in the garden, which is well cared for and always in bloom, the private swimming pool has sunbeds, umbrellas, changing room and toilets, and provides an enchanting panoramic view over Lake Trasimeno.
Country House I Girasoli also offers its guests the use of a private beach on the shores of the lake, far from noise and crowds.
