The Valentino hotel lies in Bionaz, in the Pennine Alps, in Valpelline, 25 km from Aosta. The long valley of Bionaz is closed by the Petites and Grandes Murailles with Dent d'Hrens at 4171 metres high. 100 metres far from the hotel you'll find the Lexert lake in the middle of a wood, particularly adapted for those who don't want "extreme activities". In the winter you'll be able to do cross-country ski in front of the hotel in the woods or go on one of the tracks for shoes-walking.
From the dam of Place Moulin, one of the biggest one in Europe for hydroelectric power production, you can follow one of the tracks going to the refuges Prarayer, Collon-Nacamuli, Aosta, or to the 3 lakes. Valentino hotel is also the place to rest for the alpinists from High Way nr 1. The rooms, a lot with balcony, offer a magnificent view on the green mountains. The hotel is very quiet, in the middle of a green environment, with all the services for alpinists and tourists.
