Our award winning Tzacard restaurant, which takes its name from the mountain barn that the hotel replaced, is also open to non residents. The hotel menu is changed daily, with an à la Carte menu also available. The kitchen is presided over by the outstanding head-chef Marco Augusti, and ably aided, by two young and enterprising junior chefs.
