The Restaurant Lo Sciatore, located near the ski slopes, near the Ice Palace and the new cable of Dolonne, stands on the site of an old restaurant.
At the top level is the dining room. The grill is visible and there is also a showcase of meat and sweets dominated by the impressive old beams of the roof.
Outside there is a large garden provides a unique setting with a view of Mont Blanc for memorable summer lunches.
Restaurant at The Skier there are recipes of Aosta Valley cuisine prepared with products from breeding farms and crops in the area, sausage and fromagerie in the Valley, as well as some national dishes.
Specialty of the house is the high quality meat cooked over the scenic grill. Meat always fresh of Fassona Piedmont as well as pork, wild boar, chicken, lamb and mixed skewers.
