Lunch are served in the poolside restaurant, which is transformed from a luminous winter garden during the colder months into an "al fresco" dining experience from Spring to early Autumn.
Live kitchen, the open-plan kitchen which is constantly animated by the flamboyant performances of the chefs.
Different every day, for lunch a sumptuous buffet is prepared with antipasti, fresh starters, meat and fish from the grill or oven, fresh fruit and desserts.
