Horse-radish sauce ''Salsa di cren''

Ingredients, amounts for several people:
  • white vinegar:
  • breadcrumbs:
  • cooking cream: 3 tbsp
  • horse-radish: 1 piece
  • sugar: 2 tbsp
 
Preparation:
Scrape the rind of the horse-radish in order to clean it, and then put it into a small bowl. Add the sugar, some breadcrumbs and the cream. Mix together well and add 2 or 3 tablespoons of vinegar. Mix again and serve.
