Forming part of the business are the numerous goats, the new born are Panda and Margherita, that from Easter until September provide us with milk which Andrea transforms into delicious cheese produced in sterile condition where they are ripened along with another excel
lent product "ricotta": butter milk cur.
In our vegetable garden we produce all that is necessary for the restaurant (home grown). We also cultivate herbs which are used in balsamic sweets, also bitter Lepontinum in particular the Valley Cannobina infusion. Lately we have also included herbal soap.Trying is believing!
Electric energy is autoproduced using solar panels,saving energy on a daily basis.
