After spending a day immersed in the scenic beauty of the mountains and valleys of the Val Gardena, one can look forward to dining in our open-beam restaurant. The romantic atmosphere, enticing menu offerings and the views of the sun setting on Sassolungo will be unforgettable.
Each evening your dinner will be selections from the four menus proposed that day by Chef Rainer. These menus will be based upon the freshest and best quality ingredients available with enough variety of South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine to satisfy the most demanding palated. In addition to your menu selections, generous vegetable, salad and memorable dessert buffets will be offered each night.
The table decorations will be inspired by the menu theme, which include weekly gala-dinners, Tyrolean specialty evenings or cheese buffets.
